It is a pore-purifying facial cleanser with a soft rice cake-like texture, formulated to remove dirt, excess oil and impurities while providing gentle exfoliating care.
What are the main ingredients?
Key ingredients include LHA, Salicylic Acid, Green Tea Extract, Bakuchiol, Heartleaf Powder, Panthenol, Allantoin, Sweet Almond Seed Meal and Rice Lees Extract.
What skin concerns does it target?
It is designed to help with excess sebum, blackheads, clogged-looking pores, dead skin buildup and rough or uneven skin texture.
What is LHA?
LHA, or Capryloyl Salicylic Acid, is a gentle exfoliating ingredient that helps remove dead surface skin and refine the appearance of congested pores.
Does it help with blackheads and clogged pores?
Yes. The formula combines LHA and Salicylic Acid to help exfoliate dead skin and remove excess oil and buildup from the pores.
How do I use it?
Take an appropriate amount, add water and work it into a rich lather. Massage gently over the face and neck, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Can it be used as a wash-off mask?
Yes. Arencia also recommends spreading a thin layer over cleansed, dry skin, leaving it on for around two minutes and then rinsing thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Does it remove makeup?
It can cleanse regular sunscreen and foundation, but waterproof makeup and mascara should be removed first with a dedicated makeup remover.
Does it dry out the skin?
The cleanser is designed to provide thorough pore cleansing without stripping the skin's moisture barrier and contains Glycerin, Panthenol and conditioning oils to support moisture.
What is the rice cake texture?
It has a soft, chewy mochi-like texture that creates a rich lather and gently adheres to the skin to help lift away impurities and pore buildup.
